Racking:
Support Beams: We use reinforced support beams (2mm thick) that are securely fastened to
the guide rails, enhancing the support of the rails and reducing any swaying or vibrations caused
by the shuttle cars, thereby strengthening the overall stability of the racking.
Galvanized Guide Rails: High-strength galvanized guide rails with a thickness of up to 3.0mm
are employed to maximize longevity and enhance wear resistance.
Single and Double Arms: Specially designed single and double Arms are welded to the central
beams,ensuring excellent fixation of the guide rails and maintaining the overall structural stability.
Horizontal Bracing: Circular pipes with a thickness of 1.5mm are cross-installed on adjacent
support beams to minimize any swaying due to shuttle car movements, guaranteeing the overall
stability of the racking.
End Caps: Thickened end caps (3mm thick) effectively prevent the shuttle cars from driving out
of the guide rails, reducing the risk of damage to the shuttle cars.
Frame Protectors and Guardrails: Thick, high-quality steel materials are used to prevent
collisions between forklifts and the racking, providing better protection for the racking.
Guide Boards: These guide and correct the position of goods when the shuttle cars are carrying
them, preventing any misalignment.
Forklift Limiters: Prevent forklifts from entering the interior of the racking, thus safeguarding the
racking's stability.
Adjustable Base Feet: Installed at the base of the columns, adjustable screws are used to
ensure the levelness between the columns and the ground, calibrating the horizontal alignment
of the guide rails and ensuring smooth operation of the shuttle cars.

Shuttle:
Sensors: Ensure the safe distance between shuttle cars and obstacles to guarantee the safe
use of the shuttle cars.
Lifting Structure: Equipped with rubber padding to reduce wear and impact when loading
and unloading goods.
Travel Wheels: Made from high-tech polyurethane material to minimize wear on the wheels
and tracks, thus extending the wheel's lifespan.
Buzzer: Issues sound and light alarms in case of anomalies, ensuring the safety of theracking,
shuttle cars, and operators.
Emergency Button: Allows immediate suspension in case of emergencies, reducing potential
damage to the shuttle cars and racking.
Rubber Bumper Blocks: Protect the shuttle cars, reduce wear and absorb impact on the

Pallet shuttle rack consists of the following components:

 

Pallet Shuttle Rack Basic Components:
Frame: It consists of two uprights with their diagonals. The baseplates, and floor fixings.
Providing stability and security is their purpose.
Upright: It refers to the vertical structural components that provide the main support
and framework for the system.
Beam: They support the loaded pallets and join the frames together. They also support
rails that allow the pallets to move horizontally.
Shuttle Rails: For the Shuttle Racking System to be able to move along the aisle,these
rails are installed. They are supported by beams.

External Rail Supports: Each rail is screwed into place with these supports. They are
located on the outside uprights of the entry/exit frame.
Inner Rail Supports: All points except the entry and exit of the channel are fixed to the
beams with these.
Pallet Guidance: It simplifies the process of deposition and keeps the unit loads on
schedule and located at both ends of each level, on both sides of the lane.
Rail Backstop: It is used to protect the shuttle and activate its braking system and stop.
Recovery Platform: It is used to recover shuttles or loads from racks. Rescue teams go
down the Pallet Shuttle's storage channel to recover a broken-down shuttle.
Horizontal Bracing: Installed in a crossed manner at the junction of adjacent support
beams, it effectively reduces vibrations caused by the movement of trolleys, ensuring the
overall stability of the racking system.

Electric Shuttle Components:
Shuttle: Transporting pallets of goods along a track is done by an automated vehicle.
Shuttles retrieve and deposit pallets using a central system.
Control Cabinet: It is responsible for providing power, managing communication, ensuring
safety,monitoring performance, and enabling user interaction with the shuttle car.
Lithium Battery: It provides electrical energy to the shuttle's motor, control systems, and
other electrical components in the shuttle car.
Anti-Collision Bar: It prevents the shuttle car from colliding with obstacles or other shuttle
cars,protecting the goods and the system.
Frame Assembly: The Frame Assembly is the structure of the shuttle car that holds and
protects the electrical and mechanical components.
Button Signal Lamps: They are used to indicate the status of the shuttle car and give signals
to the operators or other shuttle cars in the system.
Guide Wheel: The Guide Wheel and Slave Wheel assist the shuttle car in moving along the
racking system with stability and accuracy.
Drive Wheels: Dedicated shuttles are employed to move stuff efficiently from one place to
another throughout the inner lanes of the facility.
Laser Sensor: It is used to detect the position of the shuttle car, additionally, the distance to
nearby objects, such as pallets or obstacles.
Lifting Mechanism: Lifting mechanisms facilitate pallet movement since they allow pallets to
be lifted easily.

Remote Control Device:
The remote control is a piece of electronic equipment. Using it, you can control and operate
