Our design complies with the requirements of the Fire Law. In drive-in racks, both the rigidity
and stability, as well as the seismic resistance design of the rack, are theoretically calculated
using finite element analysis software, meeting the requirements for resisting up to 7 degrees
of seismic activity. Forklift operations often involve continuous "high-lift high-drop" mode,where
the elevated center of gravity of the goods can cause the forklift to sway and potentially collide
with the rack, especially on uneven aisle surfaces. To ensure the stability and safety of the rack
structure, we have incorporated multiple safety measures into the rack's design, employing a
structural design that surpasses industry standards, giving you peace of mind and ensuring the
safe use of our products.

Top and Back Pulling: We have intentionally added top and back pulling elements (35*24C
steel) installed above and behind the rack to enhance rack stability, prevent deformation, and
ensure the rack's overall solidity and safety.
Rear Beam: The rear beam (50*30*1.5mm) is installed at the rear of the rack to prevent goods
from falling off the rack and provide additional safety protection for operators.
Top Beam: The top beam (100501.5mm) is installed above the columns, connecting the two
uprights while providing horizontal tension to keep the rack from deforming.
Guard Posts: Thickened U-shaped foot guards (4.0mm thick, 900mm) are fixed in front of the
columns to prevent collisions by forklifts or operators.
Guard Rails: Guard rails (150753.0mm U shape) are installed on the ground to guide forklifts
accurately into rack aisles, preventing collisions or misalignment.
Diagonal Bracing: Typically installed diagonally on the columns, diagonal bracing prevents the
rack from tilting or toppling under lateral forces.
Horizontal Bracing: Horizontal bracing is a horizontal connecting component installed between
columns,enhancing the overall structure's rigidity.
Signage and Warnings: Safety signs, warning signs, and usage instructions help operators use
the rack correctly and remind them of safety precautions.

A Drive-in Pallet Racking consists of the following components:

Upright: They are used to support the racking and are connected by bracing.
Tie Beams: On the upper level, pallets are loaded onto load beams.
Base Plate: Depending on their height, frames with this component can handle the most loads.
Arm: Single and double arms make up this racking system. Pallet rails are supported by these
arms, and goods are placed on them.
Plan Bracing: Structures connected by upright columns can be horizontal or vertical.
Guide Rail: There is a steel rail running along the aisle at floor level. Forklifts are guided by it.
