Product Description
The carton flow rack pallets may slide during loading and unloading. To address this safetyconcern, OKE Storage's professionals have implemented the following structural designs to
ensure carton flow rack safety:
1. High wear resistance and low friction coefficient are selected for the rollers, along with
excellent impact resistance. They should be sturdy and resistant to breakage, with a deformation
deflection under a rated load of less than 1/500.
2. The overall height of the carton rack is generally within 6 meters, while the shelf height can be
adjusted based on the load-bearing goods, with adjustment increments at integer multiples of
50mm or 75mm.
3. It is recommended to install damping rollers or speed controllers above the aisles to prevent
goods from sliding too quickly due to gravity. Damping rollers not only protect the goods but
also ensure the safety of personnel.
4. The angle of roller decline is determined based on the load of the goods and the length of the
roller track, typically ranging from 1.2°to 2.5°.
5. The diameter of the rollers in the carton flow rack is generally 60mm, with a slope of the roller
bed between 3 and 5°. Each roller can bear a weight of 150kg, while the entire carton flow rack
structure can carry goods weighing from 150 to 1500kg,making it exceptionally sturdy and durable.

carton flow rack products. By using a secondary coating process with highly corrosion-resistant
coatings, the sealing of the entire coating is improved, ensuring superior corrosion resistance
