Support Legs: Crafted from reinforced 6.3# angle steel with enhanced thickness, providing
robust support for both the cart and its cargo.
Guide Rails: Utilizing thicker steel pipes (3mm) coated with wear-resistant galvanization to
significantly extend the lifespan of the guide rails.
 

Front Beam Stopper: Thicker front beam stoppers (4.0mm) ensure effective braking during
pallet movement, reducing incidents such as cargo slipping or falling caused by abrupt stops.
Shelving Beam Guards: Made from thickened 2.0mm steel pipes and equipped with
high-quality angle steel on both sides to reduce the impact force on the front beams when
the shelving slides down, enhancing shelving stability.
Guide Rail Bumpers: Installed at the rear of the guide rails to prevent the cart from being
pushed off the tracks while storing cargo.
Connecting Plates: Secure the guide rails and beams with 2-4 high-quality bolts to prevent
rail displacement.

Push Back Rack consists of the following components:

Frames: Comprised of two uprights, horizontal braces, and diagonal braces. The columns
have a maximum cross-sectional dimension of up to 120*95mm, with thickness ranging from
1.5 to 3.0mm. Prefabricated diamond-shaped holes are spaced at 50mm or 75mm intervals
on the columns to facilitate the insertion of crossbeams.
Front, Middle, and Rear Crossbeams: With a maximum thickness of 2.0mm, these beams
connect the left and right column sections,enhancing the stability of the rack.
Guide Rails: Constructed from thick-walled steel pipes (3mm thick), the guide rails enable
the carrier trolley to slide on them,facilitating the pushing and retrieval of items from storage
channels.
Carts: Comprised of 6.3# angle steel, thickened 2.0mm high-quality channel steel, and
top-of-the-line bearings, the trolley ensures secure cargo handling and smooth movement.
Rack Guard Beam: Thickened 2.0mm steel tubes installed between the front and middle
crossbeams to reduce the impact force on the front crossbeam and further reinforce the rack.
Front Beam Stopper: Thickened front beam stoppers (4.0mm thick) effectively reduce
incidents such as trolley drop and cargo slipping during downward movement.
Row Spacer: Utilizing high-quality steel tubes (50*30*1.5mm) to connect column sections,
these braces enhance the stability of the rack.
Frame protector: Primarily U-shaped Frame protectors (300mm high, 4.0mm thick) are
installed in front of the columns to prevent forklift collisions.

lubricating grease, directly impacting the friction characteristics of the bearings.
*Correct Placement of Goods: To prevent an imbalance of the center of gravity of goods on
the trolley and uneven loads on the support wheels, ensure uniform weight distribution when
storing goods. Loading different weights of pallets in the same lane can cause problems
when the heavier pallet pushes the lighter ones, creating a safety risk.
*Regular Track Inspection: Ensure that the tracks are clear of debris (e.g., wood, metal pieces).
*Speed Control when Accessing Pallets: During storage, slowly push the pallets to the back of
the rack to ensure smooth operation. When retrieving goods, remove them slowly to prevent
