The carton flow rack pallets may slide during loading and unloading. To address this safety
concern, OKE Storage's professionals have implemented the following structural designs to
ensure carton flow rack safety:
1. High wear resistance and low friction coefficient are selected for the rollers, along with
excellent impact resistance. They should be sturdy and resistant to breakage, with a deformation
deflection under a rated load of less than 1/500.
2. The overall height of the carton rack is generally within 6 meters, while the shelf height can be
adjusted based on the load-bearing goods, with adjustment increments at integer multiples of
50mm or 75mm.
3. It is recommended to install damping rollers or speed controllers above the aisles to prevent
goods from sliding too quickly due to gravity. Damping rollers not only protect the goods but
also ensure the safety of personnel.
4. The angle of roller decline is determined based on the load of the goods and the length of the
roller track, typically ranging from 1.2°to 2.5°.
5. The diameter of the rollers in the carton flow rack is generally 60mm, with a slope of the roller
bed between 3 and 5°. Each roller can bear a weight of 150kg, while the entire carton flow rack
structure can carry goods weighing from 150 to 1500kg,making it exceptionally sturdy and durable.
6. OKE Storage applies corrosion-resistant coatings and special treatments to the surface of the
carton flow rack products. By using a secondary coating process with highly corrosion-resistant
coatings, the sealing of the entire coating is improved, ensuring superior corrosion resistance
and anti-corrosion capabilities compared to products from other manufacturers.

The carton flow rack consists of columns, support beams, rollers, and roller tracks. the specific

Frame: Serving as a crucial component of the carton flow rack, the frame connects two columns,
crossbars, and braces. Its maximum width is 120 inches, and the capacity of a 120-inch upright
column is approximately 12,000 pounds.
Support Beams: These fundamental components support the carton flow rack and are connected
to the frame and columns. The angle steel is high-quality, is only 10mm thick, and is used to
connect the front and rear beams to the columns, stabilizing the entire carton flow
Rollers: One of the most important parts of the carton flow picking system, the carton flow rollers
are installed using the D60*2-12 elastic shaft series. They are primarily placed on roller tracks to
support trays carrying goods.
Roller Tracks: Constructed from 3mm thick Q235 steel pipes, the carton racks roller tracks connect
to the beams and are inclined. Typically with a slope between 3 to 5 degrees, they utilize the
principle of gravity to unload goods.
